Disciplinary actions are actions taken to punish or restrict physicians who have demonstrated professional misconduct. HealthGrades reports state and federal disciplinary actions (if any) from the previous 5 years except when a physician's license has been revoked or surrendered.

Dr. Daniel Kelly is Director of the Brain Tumor Center at Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, California. He is a board certified neurosurgeon and internationally recognized in the field of minimally invasive endonasal and transcranial surgery for brain tumors, skull base tumors and pituitary adenomas. He has published extensively on surgical outcomes, patient satisfaction and complication avoidance for these disorders. The Brain Tumor Center provides comprehensive care for patients with all brain tumor types including primary brain tumors (astrocytoma, glioma, chordoma, craniopharyngioma, meningioma, schwannoma), metastatic brain tumors, and pituitary tumors (acromegaly, Cushing’s disease, prolactinoma, non-functional adenomas, Rathke’s cleft cyst). With our colleagues in Endocrinology, Oncology, Radiation-Oncology, Head & Neck Surgery, Neurology and Neuro-Ophthalmology, we provide a multidisciplinary treatment approach. In conjunction with the John Wayne Cancer Institute (www.jwci.org), the Brain Tumor Center also conducts fellowship training in minimally invasive neurosurgery, research in brain tumor biomarkers, quality of life assessments and clinical trials, as well as sponsors a bimonthly patient support group.
