Dr.Watson was born and raised in Irving, Texas. She graduated from Nimitz High School in 1995. She then attended the University of North Texas and graduated with honors from the Classic Learning Core Honors Program in August of 1999 with a B.S. in Biology. In the summer of 2000, Dr.Watson moved to Galveston to attend the oldest medical school in the state of Texas. She graduated on May 22, 2004 from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. She moved back home to Irving where she completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.
