Nature of Complaint:

The Physician has pled guilty to one count possession of visual depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

The Physician has also pled guilty to knowingly possessing one or more matters containing any visual depiction which has been mailed, shipped or transport insterstate or foreign commerce, including by computer of such depiction.

Action Taken;

The Board has issued an Order of Suspension of the Physician's license to practice medicine in the State of California.

The Board has Revoked the Physician's license to practice medicine in the State of California.
