Dr. Leonard has dedicated his entire career to practicing cardiology in the Dallas Metroplex area. After graduating from Princeton University, he attended University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and remained at Parkland Memorial Hospital for his internship and residency. He also served as the Chief Medical Resident at Parkland. He obtained his fellowship in Cardiology at Harvard Medical School in Boston. Dr. Leonard was formerly Director of the Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology Labs at Baylor Regional Medical Center Plano and currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer at The Heart Hospital Baylor Plano and as Chief Medical Officer at Baylor Regional Medical Center in Plano. He is on the Physician Leadership Council for the Baylor Health Care System, and one of his main areas of interest in the pursuit and understanding of Quality in Health Care and currently serves as Vice President of Medical Affairs for the Baylor Health Care System.*
