Although most chiropractors today combine spinal adjustments with other therapies including stretching, hot/cold treatments, electrical stimulations, nutritional counseling, exercise recommendations, lifestyle, and acupuncture. Many specialize in sports medicine as well as teaching athletes proper movement and exercise to train and support their bodies during sport.
